If you are a busy mom who needs to keep an eye on your three children 24/7 and work full time, too, house repair and stuff like that actually takes the least of your concerns. You can always trust dad to take care of them, anyway. But if dad is missing in the picture, mom has no choice but to worry about these minor things, too. She has to painstakingly pinpoint those de-sta-co clamps from the rest if need be. But since moms are also the most resourceful lot, they know that they can always call someone to help them with stuff like this. Think of the local carpenter or the town’s handy man. For a minimal fee, mom can simply call them to check the house and perform the much needed house repair, sort her electrical wiring for her or clean her clogged pipes, too.
So even when I am a busy mom/dad to my children, I do not have to stress over little stuff since I know just who to call in whichever type of problem arises at home. It does pay to be a wise mom!
A few more weeks and summer will soon be over. But after we say goodbye to this most-awaited of all the season, there are a few things that I need to do before the rainy season comes.
Of course, top of my list is to enroll my kids to school and buy them all the school stuff they need. I shall be enrolling my youngest for the first time, too, so I expect that this school year will be a lot challenging than the last. Of course, if I can have it, I’d love have another family outing before we finally say goodbye to summer.
Another thing that tops my list of a few more things to do before the season ends is to have a general cleaning in the house. The hot, humid day is perfect for moving around, cleaning here and there. I am browsing pestproductsonline.com for termidor sc and other related products that I can also use in my home to rid of pests, germs and dirt.
Now I just need the energy to do these things and the other stuff that complete the list. Wish me luck!
I simply love food that is why one of the activities that I enjoy doing the most with my children is dining out whenever I have free time. We may not be eating out on one of those swanky restaurants in easton pa but a local restaurant that serves most of our favorites cannot be that bad.
I make it a point to check whether our prospect restaurant has a variety of dishes in their menu that my choosy kids will appreciate. I also make sure that these restaurants are kid-friendly and offers free appetizers for children or will at least give them free coloring sheets and crayons to get their little hands busy while we wait to be seated or for our dinner to be served. If a resto’s dishes are reasonably priced, then they are good in my book, too!
It has been awhile since I have dined out with my children, it is about time we do it again real soon. This weekend sounds like the perfect time to do it, won’t you agree?
